16:49pm Booth, Matthew T., DOB: 11/02/78, of 128 Brook Street, Algonquin, was Wanted on a Warrant, out of Kane County for Cruelty to Animals.  He was taken into custody at 128 Brook Street.  He was released after posting $100 with a court date of 10/23/12, in Kane County.  Also taken into custody was Allen, Noelle C., DOB: 07/06/69, of 128 Brook Street, Algonquin.  She was Wanted on a Warrant out of Kane County for Forgery.  She was transported to McHenry County Jail to await transport to Kane County as she was unable to post bond.

11:58am Matravers, Shannin L., DOB: 07/23/74, of 888 S. Plum Grove Road Apt #214, Palatine, was charged with DWLS.  She was taken into custody at Commons Drive and Randall Road.  She was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond with a court date of 11/13/12 in McHenry County.
22:16pm Despain, Elizabeth J., DOB: 07/07/82, of 1925 Spinnaker Street, Pingree Grove, was charged with Theft.  She was taken into custody at Target 750 S. Randall Road.  She was released after posting $150 with a court date of 11/07/12 in McHenry County.

05:38am Sanchez, Vilma E., DOB: 06/04/81, of 647 Eletson Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged with DUI, Driving in the Wrong Lane and Improper Lane Use.  She was taken into custody at Algonquin Road and Randall Road.  She was released after posting $100 and her Illinois Driver’s License with a court date of 11/14/12 in McHenry County.
