0820 HRS 210 LAKEWOOD RD. (LEROY GUY PARK). CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. Display case broken and bulletin board removed from wall of the restroom facility. TURNED OVER TO INVESTIGATIONS.
0829 HRS 00 BLOCK WRIGHT CT. BURGLARY TO A MOTOR VEHICLE. GPS, $60 cash and two pairs of headphones were taken from two unlocked vehicles overnight. TURNED OVER TO INVESTIGATIONS.
1542 HRS 4800 BLOCK OF BORDEAUX DR. FOUND ARTICLE. A digital camera, an iPod and a credit card were found on a walking path.
1606 HRS 500 BLOCK OF WRIGHT DR. BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE. Two iPods were taken from a locked vehicle overnight. Entry gained by force. TURNED OVER TO INVESTIGATIONS.
1814 HRS 220 N. RANDALL RD. (MORETTIS). THEFT. Two sets of keys and a cellphone taken last night. PENDING INVESTIGATION BY REPORTING OFFICER.

11:20am A 16 year-old male from Lake in the Hills was charged with Battery.  He was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department, 2200 Harnish Drive.  He was referred to the Tri Area Court For Teens and then released into the custody of his father.

16:09pm A 13 year-old male from Carpentersville was charged with Retail Theft.  He was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  He was referred to the Tri Area Court For Teens and then released into the custody of his parents.
18:55pm A 13 year-old male from Lake in the Hills was charged with Retail Theft.  He was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  He was formally Petitioned into Juvenile Court and then released into the custody of his parents.

08:37am Hayes, Kyle R., DOB: 07/06/90, of 1514 N. Harrison Street, Algonquin, was charged with DWLS, Failure to Notify SOS of Address Change, Speeding and Possession of Cannabis.  He was taken into custody at Route 31 and Arrowhead Drive.  He was released after posting $150 with a court date of 11/21/12 in McHenry County.
09:23am Armenta-Pelayo, Yenny, DOB: 09/18/81, of 476 Margaret Terrace, Cary, was charge with No Valid Driver’s License and Disregarding a Traffic Control Signal.  She was taken into custody at Route 62 and Harrison Street.  She was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond with a court date of 11/28/12 in McHenry County.
11:04am Diaz-Bahena, Cipriano, DOB: 07/11/74, of 476 Margaret Terrace, Cary, was Wanted on a Warrant out of Lake County for Failure to Appear on a DUI charge.  He was taken into custody at Route 62 and Harrison Street.  He was transported to McHenry County to await pick up by Lake County when unable to post bond.
