1606 HRS 500 BLOCK OF WRIGHT DR. BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE. Two iPods were taken from a locked vehicle overnight. Entry gained by force. TURNED OVER TO INVESTIGATIONS.

11:20am A 16 year-old male from Lake in the Hills was charged with Battery. He was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department, 2200 Harnish Drive. He was referred to the Tri Area Court For Teens and then released into the custody of his father.

He was taken into custody at Route 31 and Arrowhead Drive. He was released after posting $150 with a court date of 11/21/12 in McHenry County.
09:23am Armenta-Pelayo, Yenny, DOB: 09/18/81, of 476 Margaret Terrace, Cary, was charge with No Valid Driver’s License and Disregarding a Traffic Control Signal. She was taken into custody at Route 62 and Harrison Street. She was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond with a court date of 11/28/12 in McHenry County.
11:04am Diaz-Bahena, Cipriano, DOB: 07/11/74, of 476 Margaret Terrace, Cary, was Wanted on a Warrant out of Lake County for Failure to Appear on a DUI charge. He was taken into custody at Route 62 and Harrison Street. He was transported to McHenry County to await pick up by Lake County when unable to post bond.
