18:10pm Lopez-Badillo, Ernesto, DOB: 11/08/93, of 22 Evergreen Lane, Carpentersville, was charged with DUI, DUI Over, No Proof of Insurance, No Valid Driver’s License and Following Too Closely.  He was taken into custody at Sleepy Hollow Road and Stone Ridge Lane.  He was released after posting $300 with a court date of 11/28/12 in McHenry County.

13:07pm Reuter, Mary L., DOB: 01/21/56, of 585 E. Grant Highway, Marengo, was charged with Retail Theft.  She was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  She was released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 11/28/12 in Algonquin.
20:02pm Farrar, Gabriella T., DOB: 07/09/94, of 9948 Wakefield Lane, Huntley, was charged with Retail Theft.  She was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  She was released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 11/28/12 in Algonquin.

01:35am McDonell, Ross M., DOB: 10/16/91, of 960 Prairie Drive, Algonquin, was charged with Resisting Arrest, Reckless Driving and five counts of Criminal Damage to Property.  He was taken into custody at 960 Prairie Drive.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail when unable to post bond.
16:47pm A 16 year-old female and a 17 year-old female, both from Algonquin, were charged with Retail Theft.  They were taken into custody at Claire’s, 1728 S. Randall Road.  They were both referred to the Tri Area Court For Teens and then released into the custody of their parents.
