Huntley
October 15
Rose A. O’Malley, age 57, of 11721 Woodcreek #F, Huntley, was arrested on two counts of domestic battery. Ms. O’Malley was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond call.
A 17 year-old female from Algonquin was charged with disorderly conduct after an altercation at the High School. The juvenile was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on November 19, 2012.
A retail theft report was taken at a business in the 12300 block of Rt. 47. A laptop computer was stolen.
Anthony L. Benton, age 28, of 5863 NW Freeman Rd., Plattsburg, MO, was arrested on an outstanding Kane County warrant for failure to appear in court on a criminal trespass to land charge. Mr. Benton posted bond and was released with a Kane County court date of November 12, 2012.
October 16
A criminal damage to property report was taken in the 10800 block of Great Plaines. Beer bottles were thrown at a residence.
A trespass to motor vehicle report was taken in the 10500 block of Longfield. The victim states unknown persons entered his unlocked vehicle overnight while it was parked in his driveway.
October 17
Joshua E. Mullaly, age 19, of 10292 Somerset Lane, Huntley, was charged with criminal damage to property. Mr. Mullaly was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on November 26, 2012.
A residential burglary report was taken in the 12000 block of Oakcrest.
October 18
A theft report was taken in the 11800 block of Rt. 47. The victim states that gas was stolen from his parked vehicle.
Ruth Salinas-Gutierrez, age 32, of 519 Highland Ave., Woodstock, was arrested for driving with no valid driver’s license, speeding and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Ms. Salina-Gutierrez posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of
November 9, 2012.
A student reported that his cell phone was stolen from a locker room at Huntley High School. The student stated he left the phone unattended. When he returned, the phone was gone.
A criminal damage to property report was taken at Weiss Park, 9901 Bennington Dr. A storage shed located in the park was damaged.
A burglary to motor vehicle report was taken in a business parking lot in the 10400 block of Algonquin Rd. The passenger side window was smashed and a purse was stolen.
Ruben Vazquez-Gonzalez, age 32, of 407 W. Roosevelt, Harvard, was arrested for driving with no valid driver’s license and speeding. Mr. Vazquez-Gonzalez posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 30, 2012.
October 19
Phyllis Wilson, age 82, of 2904 Deer Pass Rd., Marengo, was arrested for driving with no valid driver’s license, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Ms. Wilson posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 9, 2012.
October 20
A theft report was taken in the 11500 block of Douglas Ave. The victim states that a red and silver mongoose bicycle was stolen from his open garage between 3 and 5 PM.
