Huntley
October 8
Juan C. Garcia, age 27, of 523 West Terrace Street, Villa Park, was arrested for driving while license suspended and disobeying a traffic control light. Mr. Garcia posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 2, 2012.
October 9
Tammy L. Lemons, age 37, of 4716 Hilltop, Wonder Lake was arrested for driving while license suspended, possession of a suspended driver’s license, and failing to yield while turning left. Ms. Lemons posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 26, 2012.
October 11
Christopher L. Mackey, age 31, of 1306 N Horace, Rockford, was arrested for vehicular hijacking, robbery, and aggravated battery. Mr. Mackey was transported to Kane County Jail to await bond call.
Two theft reports were taken at Huntley High School. One student reported that his iPod and cell phone were stolen from a bathroom after he left the items unattended. In a separate incident a student reported that his backpack was stolen after he left it unattended on the gym bleachers.
October 12
A criminal damage to vehicle report was taken in the 9100 block of Bristol Lane. A headlight was broken while the vehicle was parked in the driveway.
Ramon Arguello, age 38, of 502 N. Beloit #5, Belvidere, was arrested for improper use of registration sticker, expired registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Mr. Arguello posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 26, 2012.
Dawn M. Narducci, age 52, of 13230 Cedar Crest, Huntley, was arrested for driving while license suspended. Ms. Narducci posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 16, 2012.
An attempted burglary to residence report was taken in the 10800 block of Wingpointe Dr.
October 14
Margaret Wrobel, age 57, of 11906 Fourth Street, Huntley, was arrested for battery, resisting a peace officer, aggravated battery, and criminal damage to state supported property.
A burglary from motor vehicle report was taken in 10400 block of Dutch Barn. A camera was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
