Mobile History Museum At Algonquin Main Lib Saturday

The McHenry County Historical Society's award-winning local mobile history museum, the "James Bus" will visit the Algonquin Area Public Library's Main Branch on Harnish Drive in Algonquin Saturday.  From 10:30 am to 3:30 pm, the bus will display a new “Community Curated Exhibition.”

The display includes objects from the Historical Society's Union Museum chosen by 25 Society members, volunteers, Directors and guest curators from the McHenry County Joint Council of Historic Groups. on the basis of historical interest or personal meaning to the picker. The exhibition's to mark the 50th Anniversary of the Society. The exhibition's free and there's no registration.
