McHenry County Circuit Judge Joseph Condon sentenced a Huntley man to five years in State prison Friday for aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse. Forty year-old Jimmy J. Dill had admitted to touching the breasts of his daughter's 16 year-old friend a year ago. Dill asked for probation but Condon thought that was too light and that prison time was necessary to protect the public.
Dill was originally charged with exposing himself to the girl, too, but that was dropped. So were nine charges of possession of child porn and illegal ammunition from an incident three years ago and a pair of drug charges from about the same time.
Besides the jail time, Condon imposed about $1,200 costs on Dill.
