According to McHenry County Clerk Kathy Schultz, all ballots are available so it doesn't matter which one a voter goes to. Nor does it matter why a voter wants to cast his ballot early; should the fancy strike, that's enough. But there's no takebacks. Once the ballot's cast, it too late for a voter to change his mind. You'll need a photo ID to vote early, though, a current driver’s license, a State ID card or one from another government body.
