Algonquin Edgewood Paving In About Two Weeks

Algonquin's Edgewood Road reconstruction project reached the 90 percent complete point last week, according to Public Works chief Bob Mitchard. Work's on track now to start paving in about two weeks taking about 10 days to complete.

"\The days dwindle down to a precious few", but that's in "September Song" and Mitchard says November will work just fine for the commuter route into central Algonquin neighborhoods, too.  "All it takes is 40 degrees and rising (temps)" he said.  That and a finish to a little more storm sewer work.
