Professional Regulation

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Friday announced  the following disciplinary orders in the month of July:

American Home Mortgage of Illinois, Inc., Crystal Lake – residential mortgage license fined $5,000 upon evidence of false entry or falsified document in connection with the filing of a Loan Servicer Report.

CMK Investments, Inc., d/b/a All Credit Lenders, Inc., Elgin – Sales Finance License fined $11,000 for the following violations: Lender has engaged in subterfuge for the purpose of avoiding the retail installment sales act, borrower fees or charges other than those specifically authorized by this act.

CMK Investments, Inc., d/b/a All Credit Lenders, Inc., Elgin - Community Integrated Living Arrangement License fined $2,050 for the following violations: Original documents, or approved equivalent, not cancelled or returned following payoff, improper simple interest calculations.

Kenneth Cox, Cary – dental license restored to indefinite probation for a minimum of three years.

Lisa Reiser, Hampshire – registered nurse license indefinitely suspended for a minimum of one year for diverting controlled substances from her employer for self-use and for impairment.
