11:23am Magallance, Armando, DOB: 05/13/80, of 326 Delaware Street, Carpentersville, was charged with No Valid Driver’s License and Speeding.  He was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department, 2200 Harnish Drive.  He was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond with a court date of 10/10/12 in McHenry County.
