16:41pm A 16 year-old male from Carpentersville was charged with Retail Theft.  He was taken into custody at Meijer, 400 S. Randall Road.  He was referred to the Tri Area Court For Teens and then released into the custody of his father.
20:19pm Ali, Maya S., DOB: 04/07/71, of 566 Woods Creek Lane, Algonquin, was charged with Domestic Battery.  She was taken into custody at 566 Woods Creek Lane.  She was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.

04:23am Sorich, Matthew A., DOB: 05/22/93, of 3 Salford Court, Algonquin, was charged with Theft and Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor.  He was taken into custody at Division Street and Main Street.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail when unable to post bond.

16:50pm Ulrich, Peter M., DOB: 10/02/64, of 5041 Thistle Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged with DUI, Improper Lane Usage & No Turn Signal.  He was taken into custody at Harnish Drive and Stonegate Road.  He was released after posting $100 and his Illinois Driver’s License with a court date of 11/27/12 in McHenry County.
18:26pm A 16 year-old female from Huntley was charged with Retail Theft.  She was taken into custody at Kohl’s, 734 S. Randall Road.  She was referred to the Tri Area Court For Teens and then released into the custody of her mother.
