07:41am Moore, Theresa J., DOB: 03/22/58, of 699 Sussex Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with Retail Theft.  She was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  She was released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 10/31/12 in McHenry County.

20:58pm Graham, Emilie L., DOB: 09/13/85, of 1200 Geringer Road, Algonquin, was Wanted on a Warrant out of Boone County for Failure to Appear, on a DWLS charge.  She was taken into custody at Huntington Drive and Shagbark Court.  She was transported to McHenry County Jail to await pick up by Boone County when unable to post bond.
