The filing of charges is not proof of guilt. A defendant charged is presumed innocent and is entitled to a fair trial in which it is the state’s burden to prove his or her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

0215 HRS 4400 BLOCK OF HERON DR. DISORDERLY CONDUCT. BOCKENHAUER, DANIEL W., M/W 19 YEARS OF AGE, 11606 LORI LN., HUNTLEY. CHARGES: Attempt Criminal Trespass to Residence, Criminal Trespass to Real Property, and Two Counts of Disorderly Conduct. TURNED OVER TO MCHENRY COUNTY JAIL.
1151 HRS 500 BLOCK OF DELAWARE DR. MISSING ADULT. Female, 24 years of age, was missing and then located.
1801 HRS 10 BLOCK OF GRANT AVE. VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION. Ex-boyfriend calling protected ex-girlfriend. PENDING INVESTIGATION BY REPORTING OFFICER.
2003 HRS PYOTT RD. & MENOMINEE DR. ACCIDENT. Three vehicles. Property damage only.
Huntley
September 10
Noelia Y. Acevedo, age 25, of 10415 Church St. #3C, Huntley, was arrested on an outstanding McHenry County warrant for failure to appear in court.  Ms. Acevedo was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond.
A residential burglary report was taken in the 12900 block of Cold Springs Dr.  The victim reported that several items of jewelry were stolen.
September 11
A theft report was taken in the 12400 block of Fox run Ct.  Exterior light bulbs and an outdoor lighting fixture were reported stolen.
A 17 year-old boy from Huntley was charged at Huntley High School with possession of tobacco by a minor.  The juvenile was released with a McHenry County court date of October 15, 2012.
A 14 year-old girl from Huntley was charged at Huntley High School with possession of alcohol by a minor.  The juvenile was released to her mother and will attend peer jury.
September 12
Octavo B. Baca, age 43, of 4530 N. Kasson #1, Chicago, was arrested for driving while license suspended, improper display of registration and no proof of insurance.  Mr. Baca posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 12, 2012.
Reggie A. Levandowski, age 26, of 1021 N. Page St, Marengo, was arrested for driving while license revoked, loud muffler and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.  Mr. Levandowski posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 5, 2012.
Oliver Rico, age 24. Of 10910 Wheatlands Way, Huntley, was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant.  Mr. Rico posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 17, 2012.
Dylan Eli Georges, age 19, of 16 Brian Ct., Algonquin, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis and possession of alcohol by a minor.  Mr. Georges posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 9, 2012.  In the same incident Amanda Lee Kujawa, age 19, of 335 Stonegate Rd, Algonquin, was charged with possession of cannabis.  Ms. Kujawa was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on October 29, 2012.
September 13
A criminal trespass to residence was reported in the 11600 block of Davey Dr.
September 14

Nicola Busano, age 18, of 10652 Potomac Dr., Huntley, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.  Mr. Busano posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 26, 2012.
Kimberlee Hoffmann, age 42, of 1004 Kerim Ct., Marengo, was arrested for theft of lost or mislaid property.  Ms. Hoffmann posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 19, 2012.
September 15
A burglary to motor vehicle report was taken in the 10700 block of Preston Parkway.  The victim reported that two TV screens, a purse, wallet and a debit card were stolen out of her locked vehicle.
September 16
A theft report was taken in the 9800 block of Bedford Ave.  A fire pit was stolen from the driveway.
A criminal damage to property report was taken at Wiess Park.  The sink in the men’s rest room was damaged.
A 16 year-old girl from Lake in the Hills was charged with driving with no valid driver’s license, no rear registration light, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a curfew violation.  The juvenile posted bond and was released to her father with a McHenry County court date of October 29, 2012.  In the same incident a 16 year-old girl from Huntley was charged with a curfew violation.  She was released to her mother with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on October 29, 2012.
