08:47am A 16 year-old male from Lake in the Hills was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was taken into custody at Jacobs High School, 2601 Bunker Hill Drive.  He was referred to the Tri Area Court For Teens and then released into the custody of his parents.
