Huntley
August 27
Kimberly L. Dierking, age 40, of 320 Oak Grove Circle, Waucanda, was arrested for driving while license suspended and speeding.  Ms. Dierking posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 5, 2012.
August 28
A 14 year-old male from Huntley was arrested for disorderly conduct at Huntley High School.  The juvenile was released to his parents and will attend peer jury.
August 30
A 17 year-old male from Huntley was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis at Huntley High School.  The juvenile was released to his mother and was petitioned to McHenry County juvenile court.
Sean M. Bruske, age 20, of 12142 Donahue Rd., Huntley, was arrested for driving while license suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a suspended driver’s license, speeding and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.  Mr. Bruske posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 5, 2012.
Chester Pacucci, age 34, of 944 Tuscany, Streamwood, was arrested for DUI and disobeying a traffic light. Mr. Pacucci posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 28, 2012.

A theft report was taken in the 13900 block of Auto Mall Dr.  Wheels and tires were reported stolen.
September 2
A criminal damage to property report was taken in the 17N700 block of Van Acker Rd.  A door was damaged.
A theft report was taken in the 10700 block of Allegheny Pass.  A jacket left near a bike path was reported stolen.
September 3
Brett W. Kleckner, age 21, of 2220 Aurora, Pingree Grove, was arrested for criminal damage to property. Mr. Kleckner was assigned an October 5, 2012, McHenry County court date and was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond.
Tyler J. Mueller, age 21, of 10929 Cape Cod Lane, Huntley, was arrested for two counts of domestic battery.  Mr. Mueller was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond call.
September 4
Tyler J. Mueller, age 21, of 10929 Cape Cod Lane, Huntley, was arrested for violation of bail bond.  Mr. Mueller was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond call.
A theft report was taken at a residence in the 10900 block of Preston Parkway.  Jewelry was reported stolen.
A criminal damage to property report was taken at Huntley High School.  Graffiti was found on wall in a hallway.
A 15 year-old female from Lake in the Hills was arrested for disorderly conduct.  The juvenile was released to her mother and will attend peer jury.
September 5
Efrain Villagomez, age 28, of 1325 N. Baldwin Ct. #1B, Palatine, was arrested for driving while license suspended and possession of a suspended driver’s license.  Mr. Villagomez posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 28, 2012.
September 6
Jesus E. Venegas, age 18, of 192 Elmhurst Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested for driving with no valid driver’s license, unlawful use of registration, and expired registration.  Mr. Venegas posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 28, 2012.
Esther D. Sin, age 22, of 10723 Biltmore, Huntley, was arrested on a Huntley Police Department warrant for theft. Ms. Sin posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 21, 2012.
September 7
A theft report was taken at Huntley High School.  A student reported that her cell phone and iPod were stolen.
September 8
Mario E. Santos-Hernandez, age 30, of 308 Lincoln Ct., Addison, was arrested for driving while license suspended and display of expired registration.  Mr. Santos-Hernandez posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 26, 2012.
A residential burglary report was taken in the 11500 block of Frederick Way.
A theft report was taken in the 10400 block of Lancaster.  Several items were stolen from the residence.
Jonathan M. Barany, age 27, of 10513 Cindi Jo Ave., Huntley,  was arrested for driving while license suspended, expired registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.
Mr. Barany posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 28, 2012.
Heidi J. Webster, age 38, of 329 Lake St., Woodstock, was arrested for retail theft.  Ms. Webster was transported to Kane County jail to await bond.
September 9
A criminal damage to property report was taken in the 10600 block of Mayfield.  A rock was thrown through a sliding glass door.
A criminal damage to property report was taken in the 10400 block of Dawson.  A mailbox was damaged.
A criminal damage to property report was taken in the 10600 of Mayfield.  Two windows were broken in the  rear of the residence.
Mary Ellen O. DeAndrea, age 67, of 1653 W. 104th Place, Chicago, IL was arrested for DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving with no insurance.  Ms. DeAndrea posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 26, 2012.
