18:57pm Jaeger, Danielle D., DOB: 08/25/94, of 4905 Pyndale Drive, McHenry,  and a 17 year-old female from McHenry were both charged with Retail Theft.  They were taken into custody at Gordman’s, 1500 S. Randall Road.  They were both released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 10/31/12 in Algonquin.

04:32am Lara, Roberto, DOB: 05/05/81, of 3704 Waukegan Road Apt #B, McHenry, was charged with DWLR and No Proof of Insurance. He was taken into custody at Route 62 and Route 31.  He was released after posting $150 with a court date of 10/17/12 in McHenry County.
