The last best estimate had been that one lane east and one west would close down today during non-rush hours but power and telephone crews were still hard at work Tuesday afternoon relocating utilities. More construction equipment was observed at the interchange site Tuesday. However, warning signs still advised only that "delays" could be expected this week.

Can't find a job in McHenry County and can't get across the river to where there ARE jobs....
