Kathleen M. Karlovsky, 65, of Huntley, formerly of Arlington Heights, passed died Monday at Centegra Hospital in Woodstock following a lengthy illness. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 9 pm at the DeFiore-Jorgensen Funeral & Cremation Service, Huntley, and Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Huntley, from 9:30 am until the Mass at 10:30.
Karlovsky was born Dec. 10, 1946, in Oak Park, the daughter of Joseph and Margaret (Basista) Shusta. She married John E. Karlovsky Apr. 15, 1972, in Summit. She is survived by her husband of Huntley; her three sons, Daniel (Samantha) of Cary, Timothy (Dawn) of Algonquin and Joseph (Victoria) of Buffalo Grove and her grandchildren, Madison, Michael, Jackson, Lincoln, Finnegan and Jelena.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the National Kidney Foundation.
