15:46pm Alaspa, Ronald E., DOB: 04/19/71, of 1023 Canterfield Drive, West Dundee, was Wanted on a Warrant, out of McHenry County for Harassment by Telephone.  He was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department, 2200 Harnish Drive.  He was released after posting $150 with a court date of 08/15/12 in McHenry County.
22:13pm Martinez, Edgar I., DOB: 03/13/91, of 148 Golfview Apt A, Carpentersville, was charged with DWLR, Speeding, No Proof of Insurance and Disregarding Stop Sign.  He was taken into custody at Lake Gillilan Court and High Point Ridge.  He was released after posting $150 with a court date of 09/05/12 in McHenry County.
23:15pm Gardner Jr., Scott A., DOB: 07/26/92, of 3234 Red Oak Circle, Carpentersville, was charged with DUI, Speeding and Failure to Use Right Side of Roadway.  He was taken into custody at Wynnfield Drive and Stonegate Road.  He was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond after posting his Illinois Driver’s License with a court date of 09/12/12 in McHenry County.

02:32am Szyda, Arkadiusz W., DOB: 05/25/83, of 3020 Geneva Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was taken into custody at Meijer, 400 S. Randall Road.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail, to await a bond hearing.

05:27am A 15 year-old female from Algonquin was charged with Curfew Violation.  She was taken into custody at Sleepy Hollow Road and Highmeadow Lane.  She was informally Station Adjusted and then released into the custody of her parents.
