1853 HRS 700 BLOCK OF WHITE PINES CIRCLE. ASSIST AMBULANCE. Male, 22 years of age, found unresponsive. Transported to Woodstock Hospital.
1901 HRS 300 BLOCK OF WARWICK LN. MISSING JUVENILE. Female, 16 years of age, missing. Located and returned home.

August 27
14:26pm Porter, Andriana C., DOB: 02/10/94, of 25 S. Melrose Avenue, Elgin, was charged with Retail Theft.  She was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department, 2200 Harnish Drive.  She was released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 09/26/12 in Algonquin.
17:28pm A 15 year-old male from Algonquin was charged with Retail Theft.  He was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  He was referred to the Tri Area Court For Teens and then released into the custody of his parents.
23:51pm Centeno, Joshua, DOB: 10/09/92, of 646 E. 113th Street, Chicago, was charged with No Valid Driver’s License, Speeding and No Proof of Insurance.  He was taken into custody at Algonquin Road and Pyott Road.  He was released after posting $150 with a court date of 10/10/12 in McHenry County.
August 28
00:07am A 17 year-old male from Elgin was charged with No Valid Driver’s License, Speeding, Improper Use of Registration, Driving on Instruction Permit and Instruction Permit Violation for Curfew.  He was taken into custody at Randall Road and Stonegate Road.  He was released after posting $150 with a court date of 10/03/12 in McHenry County.

02:33am Prestia, Codie P., DOB: 08/29/87, of 2091 Tunbridge Trail, Algonquin, was charged with DUI and Speeding.  He was taken into custody at Randall Road and Huntley Road.  He was released after posting $100 and his Illinois Driver’s License with a  court date of 10/03/12 in McHenry County.

08:12am A 16 year-old female from Lake in the Hills was charged with Criminal Trespass to Land.  She was taken into custody at Jacobs High School, 2601 Bunker Hill Drive.  She was formally Petitioned into Juvenile Court and then released into the custody of her parents.
22:08pm Delatorre, Megan E., DOB: 09/02/89, of 150 Copper Mountain Drive, Gilberts, was charged with Retail Theft.  She was taken into custody at Kohl’s, 734 S. Randall Road.  She was released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 09/26/12 in Algonquin.

01:50am Piet, Christopher M., DOB: 01/09/86, of 5504 Liam Court, Carpentersville, was charged with DUI/Drug, Failure to Reduce Speed and No Proof of Insurance.  He was taken into custody at Route 62 and Lake/Cook Road.  He was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond with a court date of 09/26/12 in McHenry County.

A theft report was taken in the 12900 block of Brookwood Dr.  Jewelry was reported stolen from the residence.
August 21
Michael A. Rowe, age 64, of 12711 Eagle Ridge Dr., Huntley, was arrested for disorderly conduct.  Mr. Rowe posted bond and was released with a Kane County court date of September 10, 2012.
Kimberly C. Pomerich, age 20, of 9806 Aberdeen, Huntley, and Alyssa M. Bell, age 18, of 1300 Tanglewood, Algonquin, were arrested for retail theft.  Both subjects posted bond and were released with Kane County court dates of September 10, 2012.
August 22
Lynn A. Hanson, age 48, of 230 Cunat Blvd., Richmond, was arrested for driving while license suspended, possession of a suspended driver’s license, display of expired registration, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to notify the Secretary of State of address change.  Ms. Hanson was assigned a McHenry County court date of September 14, 2012, and was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond call.
August 23
Nimse M. Gomez, age 52, of 930 Provence Place, Lake in the Hills, was arrested for driving while license suspended and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.  Mr. Gomez posted $150.00 and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 14, 2012.
August 24
Noah D. Dionesotes, age 33, of 11518 Frederick Way, Huntley, was arrested for DUI, improper lane use, failure to dim headlights, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.  Mr. Dionesotes posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 7, 2012.
A theft report was taken in the 10600 block of Lone Star Way, Huntley.  Cash was reported stolen from a vehicle.
Sandra J. Sidlo, age 50, of 9413 Rainsford, Huntley, was arrested for DUI, following too closely and no insurance.  Ms. Sidlo posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 21, 2012.
August 25
Amanda G. Higgs, age 31, of 10348 Scott Dr., Huntley, was arrested on an outstanding Boone County warrant and was charged with  no valid driver’s license, and disobeying a traffic control device.  Ms. Higgs posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 14, 2012 and a Boone County court date of September 7, 2012.
Karen M. Cosich, age 51, of 12125 Oakcrest, Huntley, was arrested for driving while license suspended and speeding.  Ms. Cosich posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 19, 2012.
A 16 year-old male from Lake in the Hills was arrested for retail theft.  The juvenile was released to his parents with a McHenry County court date of October 29, 2012.
William D. Gallagher, age 47, of 750 Country Club Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested for DUI and speeding. Mr. Gallagher posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 28, 2012.
Rebecca L. Novak, age 39, of 10065 Cummins St,. Huntley, was arrested for DUI.  Ms. Novak posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 28, 2012.
