1008 HRS 2900 BLOCK OF BALDWIN LN. FOUND ARTICLE. Bicycle found in front yard. Entered into evidence.
1353 HRS 600 BLOCK OF ANDERSON DR. ASSIST OTHER POLICE DEPARTMENT. Assisted Yorkville Police with locating a missing juvenile.

2122 HRS 9341 PYOTT RD. (BARBARA KEY PARK) FIRE INVESTIGATION. Playground equipment was on fire.

22:21pm Matus, Eleazar A., DOB: 01/29/90, of 5 Elizabeth Court, Lake in the Hills, was charged with Speeding 40 Over and Expired Registration.  He was taken into custody at Randall Road and Corporate Parkway.  He was released after posting $200 with a court date of 09/12/12 in McHenry County.

17:44pm Terrell, Grant D., DOB: 11/30/57, of 825 Elm Street, Algonquin, was charged with Domestic Battery.  He was taken into custody at 825 Elm Street.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
18:58pm Otten, Katelyn R., DOB: 01/28/91, of 1401 Boulder Bluff, Algonquin, was charged with Retail Theft.  She was taken into  custody at Meijer’s, 400 S. Randall Road.  She was released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 08/29/12 in Algonquin.

02:36am Montiel-Toto, Omar, DOB: 01/05/92, of 1510 Meghan Avenue, Algonquin, was charged with Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor and Obstructing a Peace Officer.  He was taken into custody at 1510 Meghan Avenue.  He was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond with a court date of 08/30/12 in Kane County.
