16:28pm Creamer, Colleen D., DOB: 07/06/76, of 215 N. Milwaukee Avenue Apt. #226, Vernon Hills, was charged with Theft Under $300.  She was taken into custody at Loft, 1968 S. Randall Road.  She was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond with a court date of 09/20/12 in McHenry County.
23:52pm Scherer, Joe S., DOB: 11/19/64, of 701 Evergreen Court, Algonquin, was charged with two counts of Aggravated Battery and two counts of Criminal Damage to Property.  He was taken into custody at 701 Evergreen Court.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
