14:29pm A 16 year-old male from Lake in the Hills was charged with Disorderly Conduct.  He was taken into custody at Animal Care Clinic, 230 Stonegate Road.  He was released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 09/26/12, in Algonquin.
20:39pm Berg, John R., DOB: 03/07/53, of 1114 Pine Street, Lake in the Hills, was charged with Violation of an Order of Protection.  He was taken into custody at Wine & Roses, 1130 S. Main Street.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.

01:24am Ali, Maya S., DOB: 04/07/71, of 566 Woodscreek Lane, Algonquin, was charged with Domestic Battery.  She was taken into custody at 566 Woodscreek Lane.  She was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
17:14pm A 16 year-old male from Crystal Lake was charged with Retail Theft.  He was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  He was Petitioned into Juvenile Court and then released into the custody of his parents.

16:23pm Oleferchik, Vicki S., DOB: 04/18/77, of 373 Highland Avenue, Hampshire, was charged with Retail Theft.  She was taken into custody at Kohl’s 734 S. Randall Road.  She was transported to McHenry County Jail when unable to post bond.
