1033 HRS ALGONQUIN RD. & HILLTOP DR. DRIVNG WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED. DIFOGGIO, BONNIE A., F/W 31 YEARS OF AGE, 8055 S. BROCKTON CT., HANOVER PARK. CHARGE: Driving While License Suspended. RELEASED ON BOND.
1124 HRS RAKOW RD. & VIRGINIA RD. ACCIDENT. Four vehicles. Property damage only.

2133 HRS 200 BLOCK OF THUNDER RIDGE. INJURY ACCIDENT. Vehicle struck a parked vehicle. Driver transported to Sherman Hospital. PENDING INVESTIGATION BY REPORTING OFFICER. 
Huntley
July 30
Stephanie L. Hill, age 30, of 1450 Comons Dr., Woodstock, was arrested for driving while license suspended and speeding.  Ms. Hill posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of August 17, 2012.
Sara L. Piontek, age 31, of 205 W. Harrison #4, Harvard, was arrested for driving while license suspended, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and disregarding a stop sign.  Ms. Piontek was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond.
A 14 year-old male from Wilmette was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of alcohol by a minor.  The juvenile was released to his father with a McHenry County court date of August 27, 2012.
Cody S. Kunz, age 22, was charged with retail theft.  Mr. Kunz was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on August 27, 2012.
A 15 year-old male from Huntley was charged with battery and unlawful discharge of an air gun in public.  The juvenile was released to his mother with a McHenry County court date of August 27, 2012.
Vito R. Anoman age 20, of 3561 Chadwick Ln., Lake in the Hills, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for retail theft.  Mr. Anoman was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond.
August 2
A criminal damage to property report was taken in the 11100 block of Church St.  Damage was done to an empty building.
August 3
Two sixteen year-old females, one from Huntley, one from Algonquin, and a 15 year-old female from Vero Beach, FL, were charged with retail theft.  All three were released to their parents with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on August 27, 2012.
August 4
A criminal damage to property report was taken in the 9900 block of Bedford Ln.  A mail box was damaged.
A criminal damage to vehicle report was taken in the 11700 block of Pineway.  The vehicle’s door was damaged.
Eliseo Rivera, age 59, of 4119 Corn Flower, Poplar Grove, was arrested for driving while license suspended, possession of a suspended driver’s license and speeding.  Mr. Rivera was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond.
August 5
Christopher P. Ettner, age 37, of 20015 Harmony Rd., Marengo, was arrested for driving while license revoked.  Mr. Ettner posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 14, 2012.
Michael D. Szweczyk, age 40, of 48W325 Plank, Rd., Burlington, was arrested on an outstanding DeKalb County warrant for failure to appear in court.  Mr. Szweczyk posted bond and was released with a DeKalb County court date of August 30, 2012.
August 7
A criminal damage to vehicle report was taken in the 10600 block of Wolf Dr.  Windows on a transport vehicle were damaged.
A burglary from motor vehicle report was taken in the 11700 block of Woodcreek.  A wallet and electronic accessories were stolen.
Edwin Ayala, age 48, of 6214 Cresent Dr., Huntley, was arrested for DUI and DUI blood alcohol over .08.  Mr. Ayala posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 28, 2012.
August 11
Julie E. Webb, age 28, of 1624 Poplar Ln., Woodstock, was arrested for DUI, DUI blood alcohol over .08, improper lane use, and display of expired registration.  Ms. Webb posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of September 28, 2012.
Araceli Cervantes, age 36 of 653 Dean St. #8, Elgin, and Jesus M. Mora, age 41, of 1397 Cimmeron, Elgin,  were charged with attempted theft.  Both subjects posted bond and were released with a Kane County court date of September 3, 2012.
A theft report was taken near the intersection of Main and Church St.  The victim stated that a metallic sign was stolen from the driver’s door of his vehicle.
