0416 HRS 220 N. RANDALL RD. (MORETTI’S) ASSIST AMBULANCE, Female, 21 years of age, intoxicated. Transported to Sherman Hospital.

1917 HRS 00 BLOCK OF SIERRA CT. INFORMATION FOR POLICE. Complainant had concerns about what a friend was posting on Facebook.
1958 HRS 101 N. RANDALL RD. (DOMINICKS) RETAIL THEFT. Male subject stole a bottle of alcohol. TURNED OVER TO INVESTIGATIONS,
2011 HRS 359 COUNCIL TRAIL (HORNER PARK) BATTERY. Male subject was struck by another male subject. FAILED TO FILE.
2300 HRS 10 BLOCK OF WOODLAND RD. DOMESTIC BATTERY. Mother vs son, verbal only. No priors. FAILED TO FILE.
Algonquin
August 7
12:55pm A 13 year-old male from Algonquin was charged with Criminal Damage to Property by Means of Fire or Explosive. He was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department, 2200 Harnish Drive.  He was Station Adjusted and then released into the custody of his parents.
16:50pm Two 15 year-old females from Algonquin were charged with Retail Theft.  They were taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  They were released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 09/26/12 in Algonquin.
August 8
00:09am A 17 year-old male from Hampshire was charged with Speeding and No Valid Driver’s License.  He was taken into custody at Algonquin Road and Talaga Drive.  He was released after on a Notice to Appear after posting his Illinois Driver’s License with a court date of 09/19/12 in McHenry County.
13:29pm Fatima, Syeda A., DOB: 08/18/92, of 1034 Rosewood Drive, Carpentersville, was charged with Failure to Notify After Striking an Unattended Vehicle.  She was taken into custody at 1804 S. Randall Road.  She was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond with a court date of 09/04/12 in McHenry County.
16:04pm Hoover, Cheyenne M., DOB: 04/14/92, of 563 Sommerset Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with Retail Theft.  She was taken into custody at Walmart, 1410 S. Randall Road.  She was released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 09/26/12 in Algonquin.
August 9
18:50pm A 16 year-old female from Algonquin was charged with Retail Theft and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  She was taken into custody at Kohl’s, 734 S. Randall Road.  She was Petitioned into Juvenile Court and then released into the custody of her parents.  Also taken into custody during the same incident was a 17 year-old female from Algonquin who was charged with Retail Theft.  She was referred to the Tri Area Court For Teens and then released into the custody of her parents.
