Huntley
July 23
Dominic A. Cifonie, age 18, of 9924 Bedford, Huntley, was arrested on an outstanding Montgomery County warrant for consumption of alcohol by a minor.  Mr. Cifonie posted bond and was released with a Montgomery County court date of August 28, 2012.
Robert J. O’Connor, age 34, of 46W458 Allen, Huntley, was arrested for DUI, Aggravated DUI, driving while license revoked, aggravated driving while license revoked and failure to dim headlights.  Mr. O’Connor was transported to Kane County jail to await bond call.
July 24
Timothy J. McMullen, age 56, of 12441 Rock Island, Huntley, IL was arrested for driving while license suspended and suspended registration. Mr. McMullen posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of August 17, 2012.
A theft report was taken in the 10300 block of Aldridge.  A bag of potting soil was taken from the front of the residence.
July 25
Marisela Machado-Gomez, age 24, of 923 Garfield Dr., Carpentersville, was arrested for driving with no valid driver’s license and use of a cellular phone in a construction zone. 
Ms. Machado-Gomez posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of  August 10, 2012.
July 26
A theft report was taken in the 11800 block of Factory Shops Blvd.  Cash was stolen from coin operated chairs.
A theft report was taken in the 10700 block of Woodstock St.  The victim stated that his bicycle was stolen from his front yard.
July 28
A criminal damage to vehicle report was taken in the 10700 block of Woodstock St.  A window was broken on a parked vehicle.
A criminal damage to property report was taken at Tomaso Park in the 11900 block of Ackman Rd.  A hand washing station was damaged.
July 29
Gary W. Downing, age 54, of 758 W Lake Dr., Elburn, was arrested for DUI, DUI blood alcohol over .08 and driving without lights when required.  Mr. Downing posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of August 24, 2012.
Lynda J. Anderson, age 52, of 761 Village Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested for DUI, DUI blood alcohol over .08, leaving the scene of an accident, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper passing.  Ms. Anderson posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of August 17, 2012.
