Obituaries

Caroll Callaway, 82, of Huntley died Saturday peacefully at his home. A service of remembrance will be 3 pm Tuesday at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home.  From 1 pm until the time of the service the family will greet friends.

Caroll was born Dec. 14, 1929, in Iowa, the son of Sylvester P. and Jessie M. (Lyons) Callaway. On December 14, 1985, he married Linda L. O’Meara. He is survived by his wife of Huntley and his sisters, Alicia Schaefer Walker and Marilyn (Jim) Petrocelli.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Animal House Shelter, Huntley.
