Huntley Marking Trees For EAB Removal

Huntley Village crews are currently currently combing Sun City parkways for Emerald Ash Borer infested trees and marking them with Yellow tags. The tags mean the trees marked are slated for removal this Fall and Winter.

Huntley officials report residents may remove the tags if they wish, they're only for informational purposes. Letters to residents who have EAB infested trees throughout the Village will be sent out by the end of the Summer with more information about the removal schedule and and also with information about the Village's 50/50 Parkway Tree Replacement Program.
