"Happiness Chief" To Appear For Domestic Violence Fundraiser

Ronald McDonald, “Chief Happiness Officer” of the McDonald’s Corporation, will appear at three of the four area restaurants holding a “McCare Night” Wednesday for McHenry County's Turning Point domestic violence agency.  The red-headed corporate personifier will meet and greet fans at 6 pm at Algonquin's Randall Road restaurant and at 7:15 in Huntley and at restaurants in Marengo and Fox River Grove.  Fifteen percent of all proceeds at the restaurants between 5 and 8 pm will be donated to the shelter.   More information on McCare night is available by calling Turning Point at (815) 338 8081.
