Temporary Paving Construction Slows Route 47 Traffic

Construction crews began installing temporary paving Tuesday on Route 47 in Huntley, part of the full interchange construction project at I-90. One lane in both directions on  47 between Freeman Road and Oak Creek will be closed from 6 am to 5 pm through Friday.  On the other side of the Tollway,  the northbound lane on  47 between Big Timber Road and Manning Road will be closed from
6 am to 5 pm through Friday with  flaggers directing traffic.
