0931 HRS 1000 BLOCK OF MASON LN. CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLE. TURNED OVER TO INVESTIGATIONS.
1955 HRS 400 BLOCK OF MEADOW LN. ASSIST OTHER AGENCY. Assisted McHenry County Sheriff with a service of a No Contact Order.
2157 HRS 1100 BLOCK OF SYCAMORE ST. THEFT. U.S. currency was removed from the residence. FAIL TO FILE. 
Algonquin
July 13
16:50pm A 16 year-old from Lake in the Hills, was charged with Retail Theft and Possession of Liquor. Also a 16 year-old from Huntley was charged with Retail Theft. They were taken into custody at 400 S Randall Rd. They were both released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 08/29/2012 in Algonquin.
19:55pm Berg, John R., DOB: 03/07/53, 1114 Pine St., Lake in the Hills, was charged with Violation of an Order of Protection. He was taken into custody 501 E. Algonquin Rd. and transported to the McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
20:13pm Osiecki, Christopher, DOB: 01/15/92, of 1751 Hartley Dr., Algonquin, was charged with Retail Theft. Also charged was Odden, Colleen M., DOB: 01/18/92, of 1361 Glacier Parkway., Algonquin. She was charged with Retail theft and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Both were taken into custody at 1410 S. Randall Rd. Osiecki posted bond of $150 and was released with a court date  of 08/15/12 in McHenry County. Odden was transported to the McHenry County jail to await a bond hearing.

18:36pm Evitts, James T., DOB: 01/30/74, of 3120 Deerpath, Carpentersville, was charged with Endangering the Life of a Child. He was taken into custody at 400 S. Randall Rd. He was released after posting $150 bond with a court date of 08/22/12 in McHenry County.
