0506 HRS 5200 MILLER RD. (SUNSET PARK) FOUND ARTICLE. Multiple items found at Rib Fest. Entered into Evidence.
0727 HRS 1300 BLOCK OF CUNAT CT. SUICIDAL SUBJECT. Female, 29 years of age, in need of an evaluation. Transported to Sherman Hospital.
1250 HRS FERRYVILLE DR. & ANNANDALE DR. HIT & RUN/ Delayed from 07/08/12. Motorist failed to notify authorities following a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian. Male, 13 years of age, No transport.
1803 HRS 5400 BLOCK OF AVALON LN. THEFT. Theft of a bicycle. FAIL TO FILE.
2028 HRS 1100 BLOCK OF MAPLE ST. DOMESTIC. Husband vs. wife. Verbal only. One prior.
2206 HRS 2300 BLOCK OF CLAREMONT LN. ASSIST OTHER AGENCY. Assist to the McHenry County Courthouse in serving a Civil No Contact Order.
Huntley
June 18
Angel M. Wolfe-Schlosser, age 18, of 10468 Evendale, Huntley, was arrested for retail theft.  Ms. Wolfe-Schlosser posted bond and was released with a Kane County court date of July 10, 2012.
June 22
A theft report was taken in the 9700 block of Chetwood Dr.  A fire pit was stolen from the yard.
June 24
Brian J. Pokorny, age 18, of 628 Village #B;, Crystal Lake, was arrested for DUI, consumption of alcohol by a minor, improper lane use, driving too fast for conditions, driving with no insurance and expired registration.  Mr. Pokorny posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of July 13, 2012.  In the same incident two 17 year-old females were charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor.
A retail theft report was taken at a store in the 13200 block of Village Green.  Plants were reported stolen.
June 25
Andrew S. Hudkins, age 19, of 03N498 Rt. 47, Maple Park, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor and failure to dim headlights.  Mr. Hudkins was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on July 23, 2012.
June 26
Vicki McKee, age 55, of 11730 Cape Cod Lane, Huntley, was arrested for DUI and was cited for speeding.  Ms. McKee posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of July 27, 2012.
June 27
Jason B. Skirt, age 23, of 11612 Daniel #A, Huntley, was arrested for two counts of domestic battery.  Mr. Skirt was transported to McHenry County Jail to await bond call.
June 28
Raquel M. Ferrante, age 31, of 11185 Fleetwood Dr., Huntley, was arrested on an outstanding McHenry County warrant for failure to appear in court.  Ms. Ferrante posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of July 16, 2012.
A cell phone was reported stolen in the 12200 block of Lois Ln.
June 29
Katelyn S. Deckard, age 21, of 76 Hilltop Dr., Lake in the Hills, was arrested for driving while license suspended.  Ms. Deckard posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of July 27, 2012.
Casey R. Gamble, age 28, of 404 Maple, Marengo, was arrested for driving while license revoked, obstructing a peace officer, speeding, and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.  Mr. Gamble was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond call.
June 30
Lubna J. Abdul-Karim, age 19, of 9669 Dunhill, Huntley, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor.  Ms. Karim was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on August 13, 2012.
July 1
Brett W. Kleckner, age 20, of 2220 Aurora, Pingree Grove, was arrested for DUI, resisting a peace officer, display of an expired registration, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and no rear registration light.  Mr. Kleckner was assigned a McHenry County court date of July 27, 2012 and was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond.
Antwan Richardson, age  23, of 822 S. Austin Ave, Chicago, was arrested for driving while license suspended, improper lane use, and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.  Mr. Richardson was assigned a McHenry County court date of August 17, 2012, and was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond.
Christopher M. Gannon, age 41, of 1050 Kingsmill, Algonquin, was arrested for driving while license suspended and was cited for driving with one headlight.  Mr. Gannon posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of August 17, 2012.
