19:48pm Collins, Roosevelt D., DOB: 09/30/84, of 111 Pine Street, Chicago, was Wanted on a Warrant out of DeKalb County for Failure to Appear on a Theft charge.  He was taken into custody at 1410 S. Randall Road.  He was released after posting $500 with a court date of 07/20/12 in DeKalb County.

03:02am Trusty, Janet L., DOB: 07/20/80, of 8915 Shady Lane, Wonder Lake, was charged with DUI, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Improper Lane Use, Speeding and Failure to Signal.  She was taken into custody at Algonquin Road and Meyer Drive.  She was released after posting $100 and her Illinois Driver’s License with a court date of 08/15/12 in McHenry County.
20:37pm Hall, Brian A., DOB: 02/24/89, of 917 Lee Drive, Livingston, TN, was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident.  He was taken into custody at 501 E. Algonquin Road.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail when unable to post bond.

01:15am Berg, John R., DOB: 03/07/53, of 1114 Pine Street, Lake in the Hills, was charged with three counts of Violation of an Order of Protection.  He was taken into custody at 1114 Pine Street.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
09:25am Mottashed, Michael K., DOB: 09/28/87, of 31W181 Prairie Lane, Wayne, IL, was charged with DWLS and Expired Registration.  He was taken into custody at Route 31 and Route 62.  He was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond with a court date of 08/15/12 in McHenry County.
