11:46am Hernandez, Roberto, DOB: 06/07/69, of 805 Longwood Drive, Algonquin, was Wanted on a Warrant out of McHenry County for Failure to Appear on a DWLR charge.  He was taken into custody at 805 Longwood Drive.  He was released after posting $500 with a court date of 07/12/12 in McHenry County.
18:24pm Belousek, Mark J., DOB: 02/06/78, of 9844 Bedford Drive, Huntley, was charged with Retail Theft.  He was taken into custody at Meijer, 400 S. Randall Road.  He was released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 08/29/12 in Algonquin.
21:58pm Flis, Mark T., DOB: 09/21/88, of 3808 Parsons Road, Carpentersville, was charged with Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was taken into custody at 1440 Carlisle Street.  He was released after posting $150 with a court date of 08/08/12 in McHenry County.

17:59pm Kasper, Matthew W., DOB: 01/08/93, of 206 Hillcrest Drive, Algonquin, was Wanted on a Warrant out of McHenry County for Hate Crime, Mob Action, Unlawful Use of a Weapon and two counts of Aggravated Battery.  He was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department, 2200 Harnish Drive.  He was released after posting $3000 with a court date of 07/05/12 in McHenry County.  Also taken into custody was Kasper, Michael S., DOB: 07/10/90, of 206 Hillcrest Drive, Algonquin, who was Wanted on a Warrant out of McHenry County for Aggravated Battery and Mob Action.  He was released after posting $2000 with a court date of 07/05/12 in McHenry County.
