06:58am Nieves, Adrian, DOB: 04/20/75. of 440 Meadow Lane, Woodstock, was Wanted on a Warrant out of Kane County for Failure to Appear on a DUI charge.  He was taken into custody at 1501 E. Algonquin Road.  He was released after posting $1000 with a court date of 08/02/12 in Kane County.
