No Resolution In Grafton Road District/Supervisor Lawsuit

There was little progress Friday in mutual lawsuits between Grafton Road Commissioner Jack Freund and Supervisor Linda Moore.  "We were hoping to settle the case," said Moore attorney Tim Hoppa but after an hour's pre-trial conference in chambers, all that was achieved was an order my Judge Thomas Meyer for Freund to submit a full list of bills he alleges Moore hasn't paid.

Freund charged in December that Moore stopped paying rent on the Grafton Township offices, owned by the Road District; stopped paying for approved health insurance for his wife; stopped paying a number of other Road District bills and won't show him the District's financial records. Moore claims Freund won't cash the rent check she gave him.

Meyer set Aug. 31 as the next court date.

You would think that Freund's counsel would have attached the unpaid bills to the Complaint as Exhibits (duh)...

Could his claims be bogus?

Moore lives to pay additional lawyer fees another day. Pay the bills, Moore, and stop padding another attorney's Porsche Fund!

Linda Moore needs to pay Jack Freunds wifes approved health insurance. I am sure Linda Moore makes sure her family is taken care of. And by Linda Moore hiding financial records from the road commisioner, makes you wonder what has she done with the Township's money.Investigate, investigate! Lawsuit Linda is good at pointing her finger at innocent people. Say no moore!
