Locavore Cooking Demo Coming To Huntley Farmers' Market

Folk singers February Sky entertained shoppers Saturday at Huntley's Farmer's Market including celebrity chef Denise Gray checking produce for her cooking demonstration there next week.  Market organizer Barb Read said whatever Gray decides to whip up will be made entirely from ingredients on sale at the market.  "Except the vinaigrette," said Read.  "We don't have vinegar and oils."

Huntley's Farmer's market features fresh and processed fruits and produce from area farms and locally-produced crafts.  It's open every Saturday on Coral Street from 8 am to 1 pm through mid-October.
