Huntley Tip A Cop Raises Ninth Year Of Special Olympics Funds

Off-duty Huntley police and PD administrators, Citizen's Police Academy grads and Special Olympians scurried to serve meals Saturday at Huntley's Culver's Restaurant to encourage donations in the ninth Huntley's ninth annual "Tip A Cop" fundraiser for the Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run.

The Torch Run helps Special Olympics, a nonprofit organization providing year-round sports training and competition in 19 sports for nearly to nearly 21,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities and more than 6,000 young athletes ages 2-7 with and without intellectual disabilities.
