1423 HRS 300 BLOCK OF PHEASANT TRAIL. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. Items stolen from the home. TURNED OVER TO INVESTIGATIONS.
1941 HRS 1000 BLOCK OF MASON LN. MISSING PERSON. PENDING INVESTIGATION BY REPORTING OFFICER.

October 17
Urszula Dolegiewicz, age 37, 250 S. Edwards Blvd. #82, Lake Geneva, WI, was arrested for driving with no valid drivers license and was cited for using a cell phone in a construction zone.  Ms. Dolegiewicz posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of December 9, 2011.
An unlawful use of credit card report was taken in the 9800 block of Berkshire Ln.  The victim states that unauthorized online purchases were charged to his credit card.
Maria T. Garcia, age 40, of 319 S. Jefferson St, Woodstock, was arrested for driving while license suspended and driving with a suspended registration and was cited for use of a cell phone in a construction zone.  Ms. Garcia posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of December 9, 2011.
October 20
James M. Ingold, age 25, of 366 N. Spruce St., Bensenville, was arrested on an outstanding DuPage county warrant for failure to appear in court.  Mr. Ingold was transported to McHenry County Jail to await bond.
A theft report was taken in the 13700 block of Pineview Dr. Two lawn statutes were stolen from the front porch of the residence.
October 21
A 16 year-old male from Lake in the Hills was charged with retail theft at the High School. 
John E. Pacholski, age 26, of 1162 Lawrence, Elgin, was arrested for driving while license suspended.  Mr. Pacholski posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of December 2, 2011.
Ulises I. Gallardo, age 22, of 214 Winding Trail, Genoa, was arrested for driving while license suspended and was cited for speeding and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. 
Mr. Gallardo posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 18, 2011.
October 22
A criminal damage to property report was taken in the 12100 block of Talamore Blvd.  A section of dock railing was damaged.
October 23
Rachael E. Kegebein, age 40, of 9652 Baumgartner St., Huntley, was arrested for 2 counts of domestic battery.  Ms. Kegebein was transported to McHenry County Jail to await bond call.
2011  A burglary report was taken at a store in the 11800 block of Factory Shops Blvd.  Electronics were stolen from the store.
