03:02am Dugan, Matthew J., DOB: 07/25/86, of 4867 Linden Road, Rockford, was charged with DUI, DUI Over and Improper Parking on Roadway.  He was taken into custody at 2 Steiner Court.  He was released after posting $100 and his Illinois Driver’s License with a court date of 11/23/11 in McHenry County.
20:05pm Herbert, Genaro, DOB: 04/05/85, of 57 Robin Road, Carpentersville, was charged with Unlawful Restraint and Battery.  He was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department.  He was transported to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.
22:26pm A 17 year-old female from Woodstock was charged with Illegal Possession of Alcohol by a Minor.  She was taken into custody at Thornton’s, 2265 W. Algonquin Road.  She was released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 11/30/11 in Algonquin.  Also taken into custody was a  15 year-old female from Hebron, who was charged with No Valid Driver’s License and Obstructed License Plate.  She was released on a Personal Recognizance Bond with a court date of 11/23/11 in McHenry County.
