20:25pm Qureshi, Mohammad S., DOB: 02/09/93, of 4911 Kimball lane, Carpentersville, was charged with Failure to Give Aid or Information After Being Involved in an Accident.  He was taken into custody at the Algonquin Police Department.  He was released on a Notice to Appear with a court date of 04/13/11 in McHenry County.
