Reyanaldo Obando, age 39, of 11906 4th Street was arrested for no valid driver’s license.  Mr. Obando posted bond and was issued a McHenry County court date of February 19, 2010.
Danielle Jacobs, age 33, of 1807 Wildflower Lane, Harvard, was arrested for driving while license suspended.

Federico Nicolas Dela Luz, age 43, of 402 Kenneth Circle, Elgin, was arrested for no valid driver’s license and cited for speeding and uninsured motor vehicle.
Ashley M. Coquillard, age 21, of 10018 Haverhill was arrested on an outstanding McHenry County warrant.  Ms. Coquillard was transported to McHenry County jail.
Criminal defacement to property occurred at the high school.  Inappropriate words were written on the stall of the boys' bathroom.

A male student at the high school reported theft of an iPod Touch, $40 cash, and a social security card while in the boys' locker room.
Teresa J. Pappas, age 50, of 1216 N. Madison, Woodstock, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.  Ms. Pappas  posted bond and was given a McHenry County court date of February 19, 2010.
January 15
Denessa V. Blair, age 35, of 6039 S. Indiana, Unit 1, Chicago, was arrested for driving while license suspended.  Ms. Blair  posted bond and was released.
Matthew Thomas, age 39, of 210 Conat Boulevard, Unit 1B, Richmond, was arrested for no valid driver’s license.  Mr. Thomas  posted bond and was given a McHenry County court date of February 19, 2010 8:30 am.
Kirk Hipple, age 51, of 6N820 Gilmore Street, St. Charles, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and cited  for improper turn.  Mr. Hipple posted bond and was issued a McHenry County court date of February 19, 2010 at 8:30 am.
Israel R. Ballesteros, age 28, of 1249 Derby, Pingree Grove, was arrested for no valid driver’s license and an outstanding  warrant and cited for expired registration.
January 16
Rogelio R. Zesati, age 25, of 4423 Wildwood Drive, Crystal Lake, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear  in DuPage County court.  Mr. Zesati posted bond and was released with a DuPage County Court date of February 17, 2010 at 1:00  pm.
Mario Nunez, age 30, of 11236 Fleetwood was arrested on an outstanding warrant for unlawful video taping.  Mr. Nunez was  transported to McHenry County jail.

Carolina Cedillo-Morales, age 27, of 1534 Amarillo Drive, Carpentersville, was arrested for no valid driver’s license and on  an outstanding Kane County failure to appear warrant.  She was also cited for speeding.
