Monday will see a major change in the traffic flow in the Pyott Road construction zone near the Lake in the Hills Airport. While Southbound traffic will remain on the existing roadway, northbound traffic will be dirverted onto the newly-paved lower loop.
The change will allow paving of the new southbound lane at the points at which it connects to the existing roadway.
Northbound traffic trying to reach businesses along the existing section of Pyott should use new crossover roads that connection the new and present roadways, according to Fred Mullard, LITH Public Works Director.
Mullard said the Pyott project remains mostly on-schedule and should be finished in December.
