Registration Fee Waived For LITH Preschool

Lake in the Hills Parks and Recreation Department announced this week it will waive the registration for the village's preschool Playschool Academy during August and add two new classes for the coming school year.

Open enrollment is underway now on a first-come, first-served basis but space is still available in most classes according to a check Friday. New classes include one for 2 1/2 to 3 year olds and another for 4 1/2 to 6 year olds.
Class registration, depending on residency, can cost as much as $60 but will be suspended for signups this month. All classes are held at the Indian Trail Beach House, 228 Indian Trail, and follow District 158’s calendar.

Registration is required in person at the Parks and Recreation Department at LITH Village Hall.A birth certificate, a copy of vaccination records, and a recent photo are required.
